Materials

We are committed to building furniture that last for generations, as it used to be. Here´s a complete description of the materials we use.


Woods

  • Klin-dried mexican pine for internal frames.
  • American Walnut, Oak, Beech, Ash, Cherry, Maple for interior.
  • Teak for exterior.

Foam and filling

  • 2.19 lb/ft³ foam for seating.
  • 1.69 lb/ft³ ultra soft foam for the top of seating.
  • 1.25 lb/ft³ ultra ultra soft foam for backrests with no pillows. 
  • 1.25 lb/ft³ hard foam for the body.
  • Premium dacron for pillows.
  • Premium laminated dacron in body and seat cushions to increase comfort.

Others

  • We can work with any fabric, vynil or leather chosen by you, wheter we procure it or COM.

  • Wood finishing options:

    • Sayer Lack lacquer (mexican brand).
    • Rubio Monocoat (US).
    • BONA (European).
  • All the other elements used are carefully chosen to ensure durability.
